1. Booking and Payment

 

1.1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit secures the event date and services.

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

1.3. Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, or credit card (2.9% processing fee). 

 

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

 

2.1. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.2. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

2.3. If Maayan Adin cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

3. Event Design and Production

 

3.1. Maayan Adin will provide styling, equipment, décor, and production services based on the agreed workshop concept.

3.2. All creative direction, styling, and design decisions are at the sole discretion of Maayan Adin, considering availability, season, and budget. The client acknowledges that no revision rounds or client-led design changes will be accommodated.

3.3. The final event design will reflect Maayan Adin’s artistic vision and will align with the aesthetic and logistical feasibility of the venue and experience.

 

4. Damage and Liability

 

4.1. The client is responsible for any damage to Maayan Adin’s property, rented items, or décor caused by the client or any event attendees.

4.2. Maayan Adin will not be liable for personal injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event unless due to gross negligence.

4.3. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maayan Adin from any claims arising from the event.

 

5. Photography and Media

 

5.1. Maayan Adin reserves the right to photograph and document the event for promotional use, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio.

5.2. The client agrees that any social media posts shared by the brand or its collaborators must credit @maayanadin in the caption or main body of the post, unless agreed otherwise by both parties.

 

6. Agreement and Modifications

 

6.1. This agreement reflects the full and final terms of the event arrangement.

6.2. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
