Located in the heart of New York, Maayan Adin Design Studio radiates quality in residential and hospitality design. Before establishing her studio, Maayan honed her skills as an interior designer at top hospitality design firms Yabu Pushelberg and AvroKO.
At Yabu Pushelberg, Maayan was an integral member of the Decorative Arts team, where she curated FF&E pieces for luxury hotels, including Aman Japan, W Doha, and Park Hyatt Los Cabos. Her time at AvroKO further broadened her design capabilities, entrusting her with the creation of one-of-a-kind restaurants. Here, Maayan played a pivotal role in the design of a unique, multi-level restaurant, dividing the space into four conceptually distinct areas: the bar room, the performance hall, the fireplace lounge, and the terrace. She conceptualized each area and then developed them through plans, elevations, FF&E selections, sample control, client presentations, and vendor communications. Working full-time on this large-scale, prestigious project provided her with the experience and confidence to open her design firm.
Maayan graduated from the New York School of Interior Design, where she won multiple awards and scholarships, including the President's Scholarship for Exceptional Potential, the Academic Achievement Award by Geoffrey Bradfield, and the New York School of Interior Design Institutional Scholarship.
The narrative of Maayan Adin Design Studio is further enriched by her diverse artistic background. Before her move to New York, Maayan led an event design company in Israel. She began her career as a graphic designer before expanding into more tangible design fields. This versatile background drives her open-minded approach to projects, inviting opportunities that mix creativity, art, and design in holistic and exciting ways.
